Will Monster be a brand acquisition for Coca-Cola?
Is Coca-Cola thinking about an acquisition with Monster Beverage Corporation? Coca-Cola has denied all claims of this so-called rumor. However, many investors believe this is true because Coca-Cola has been trying to boost their sales with the energy drink sector of the company. If this were to take place, Monster would be Coca-Cola's largest brand acquisition ever. Another piece of evidence pointing towards an acquisition is the fact that shares of Monster sky-rocketed to 27% more than it was. So, I guess only time will tell if this profitable acquisition will transpire.

Coca Cola's Innovative Convergence

Coca Cola decided to partner with the WWF (World Wildlide Fund) in the hopes of conserving and protecting freshwater resources throughout the world. Together they will improve Coca Cola systems' water use, decrease their carbon dioxide emissions and energy use, and support more efficient water use. Coca Cola decided that they wanted to aid in the attempt to maintain sustainability within surrounding communities. Great idea I must say. But will it be effective?
